Kids!
I'm so glad I'm not a parent, although I think I'd be a better one
than the majority of parents I see. Tonight, I nearly got run down by
a kid in the same restaurant twice (different kid each time). One
almost sent my fully loaded plate flying across the room. Plus there
was the kid eating the ice cream from the machine in my last post.
I'm convinced that manners are a thing of the past, and most parents
are just lazy.

I don't think they are a thing of the past, but I know too many so called parents don't take the time to teach their kids manners. And then there are still others that are.
I always wonder about those parents who's kids wear the pants in the family though.
